Register a passport

Fill in the four sections of the form, confirm the patient's consent and press “Save passport”.

  1. Open “Patient passport” and press “+ Register passport”.
  2. Patient: choose the “Document country” and the “Type” (NIF, DNI, NIE, Passport or DentGrow code). Enter the “Patient identifier”, the “Patient's full name”, the “Treatment date” and the “Country of treatment”. With “DentGrow code”, leave the identifier blank: the code is generated for you.
  3. Protocol and positions: choose the “Protocol” (Single, All-on-4®, All-on-6, Zygomatic or Other) and, when asked, the “Arch”. Click the tooth on the odontogram (FDI notation).
  4. Implant: enter “Brand”, “Connection”, “Platform”, “Reference” and “Lot”. “Expiry date” and “Notes” are optional. If the brand is not on the list, choose “Other…”.
  5. Consent: tick the confirmation. “Consent form” opens a PDF form to print.
  6. Press “Save passport”.

Good to know

  • The patient identifier is encrypted before it is saved.
  • If the identifier is new, or already belongs to a patient with a different name, the app asks you to confirm (“Confirm and save”).
  • To register treatments, two-step authentication must be turned on.
  • Don't know the reference? Use “Look it up in the catalogue” and come back with the details filled in.
