Sharing between clinics

Two clinics only share a patient's passport when the patient personally gives the second clinic the QR code.

  1. Register the patient at your clinic and open their record.
  2. In “Shared passport”, paste the QR code or link and press “Check code”.
  3. Confirm that the name and the clinic match this patient.
  4. Accept the sharing notice and press “Link passport”.

What the other clinic sees: each registered implant, with its technical data (lot, expiry date, protocol and status), the notes, who registered it and the originating clinic. Sharing works both ways.

What it does not see: the patient identifier and the photos, which are visible only to the clinic that uploaded them. It also cannot change another clinic's records.

Good to know

  • Only a dentist or the administrator, with an active account, can link passports.
  • Removed an implant registered by another clinic? Use “I removed this implant at this clinic”. Their record stays unchanged and they are notified by email.
  • “Unlink this passport” ends sharing for your clinic. If the originating clinic revokes the QR code, any sharing made with that code ends.
