Register several implants for the same patient

There are two ways: several implants in a single treatment (All-on-4® or All-on-6), or adding implants later from the patient's record.

In a single treatment

  1. In “Protocol and positions”, choose the protocol and the “Arch”.
  2. The positions are preselected according to the protocol's usual distribution. They are only a suggestion: adjust them on the odontogram.
  3. For each tooth, fill in the “Lot”, which is required and specific to each implant, and the “Angulation”, if it applies. If you leave a tooth's “Reference” empty, the “Reference (shared by the implants)” is used.
  4. Fill in the rest of the implant details and the consent, then save.

Later, for the same patient

  1. Open the patient's record and press “+ Add implant”.
  2. The patient's identification is already filled in. Fill in only the treatment and the implant.

Good to know

  • Each treatment covers a single arch: register the maxilla and the mandible separately.
  • A treatment can hold up to 16 implants.
  • If the tooth already has an active implant, the app rejects the registration. To register another one, open the current implant, choose “Mark as removed” and “Record removal”; then register the new one. The history keeps both.
