Import and export data

You can import passports from a .csv, .xls or .xlsx file, and export all the clinic's data in a JSON file, even in read-only mode.

Import

  1. In “Patient passport”, press “Import the clinic's .XLS/.CSV”.
  2. Download the import template (.csv) and fill in one row per implant. Required: document, name, tooth (FDI), brand, reference, lot and protocol. Dates as YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY. Column names stay in Portuguese.
  3. Choose the file (maximum 5 MB and 2000 rows) and confirm the patients' consent.
  4. Start with “Validate only”. Once the report is clean, press “Validate and import”.

Rows for the same patient with the same protocol, date and arch are grouped into a single treatment.

Export

  1. Open your profile.
  2. On the “Clinic & billing” tab (“Practice” on an individual account), press “Export all clinic data (JSON)”.

Good to know

  • Importing requires an account that can register passports. Exporting is available to any member, including in read-only mode.
  • The exported file includes patient identifiers: store it securely.
  • If the export is not complete, the file is not delivered.
