Access codes

An access code gives your organisation the Basic or Premium Plan without a card, for the period set in the code.

  1. Open “Plans”.
  2. Press “I have an access code”.
  3. Type the code (for example, EMB-7K2QX9M4TR) and press “Use code”.
  4. The confirmation shows the plan and the date until which access is active.

You can also use the code when signing up, in the “I have an access code” field.

Who can use one: only the organisation's administrator, and only if the organisation does not yet have a paid subscription. Each organisation can use a single code. Clinics in a group do not use codes.

At the end of the period

  • You get a notice at the top of the app 14 days before it ends.
  • When it ends, the account switches to read-only mode: records remain accessible and exportable.
  • To continue, choose a plan in “Plans”. The subscription starts with no trial period.

Good to know: after several failed attempts, wait an hour before trying again.
