Stop receiving onboarding emails

Every onboarding email has an “unsubscribe” link in the footer. These are the emails with tips for getting started with Passport during the trial period.

  1. Open an onboarding email.
  2. In the footer, click “unsubscribe”.
  3. On the page that opens, choose “Unsubscribe”.

What you will still receive: the end-of-access notice, 14 days before, and account emails (confirmation and sign-in codes).

Good to know

  • The reminder 3 days before the end of the trial is part of onboarding: it stops when you unsubscribe.
  • If the link has expired, reply to one of these emails and we will take care of it.
