Rewards and recommending a colleague

You earn points by validating X-rays, completing your profile and inviting colleagues, and you redeem them in “Rewards”.

  1. Open “Rewards” in the sidebar.
  2. On the “Invite a colleague” card, choose “Copy” or “Share” to send your link.

What you earn

  • Anyone who signs up through your link starts with 50 points.
  • When that person pays their first monthly fee, you earn 100 points and they earn another 50.
  • An X-ray validated with the right model earns 10 points; with the brand only, 2.
  • Completing your profile and the clinic record earns 10 points each.
  • Every 300 points are worth “1 free Premium month”, deducted from your next invoice.

Good to know

  • To redeem, you need an active subscription and the second step turned on.
  • A maximum of 12 rewarded recommendations count in any 12 months. Existing accounts and people from your own organisation do not count.
  • If the monthly fee that earned the points is refunded, the points are removed.
  • If the team rejects an AI correction, the points for that correction are removed.
