At the end of the trial: if you do not cancel, the subscription continues and the first charge is made that day; the date is shown in “Plans and billing”. If you cancel during the trial, there is no charge and the account switches to read-only mode when the trial ends.
In read-only mode
- Still available: viewing passports and exporting data (“Profile” → “Clinic & billing”)
- Stops: registering or importing passports, implant search, AI identification and the Academy
Missed payment: Stripe® retries the charge. Until the payment is settled, passports are read-only; search and identification keep working. The administrator updates the card in “Plans and billing” → “Manage billing”.
To reactivate
- Press “Reactivate in Plans” or “Choose a plan” in the notice at the top.
- Choose the plan and complete the payment.
Good to know: the trial period is given only once per organisation. When you subscribe again, billing starts the same day.
